“Care that meets you where you are.”

Bees remind us that healing isn’t meant to happen alone. Like a hive, we thrive with support, rest, and connection. Bee Mindful is built on this belief—offering a safe space to slow down, turn inward, and reconnect with your resilience.

Who We Help

How We Work

Therapy at Bee Mindful is a blend of talk therapy and body-based (somatic) work—helping you not just understand what’s happening, but actually feel and process it.

We draw from approaches like Internal Family Systems (IFS), mindfulness, and somatic therapy, but our work stays grounded and human. Together, we’ll slow things down and gently explore different parts of you—like the part that overthinks, the part that protects, and the part that feels hurt.

You don’t need to have everything figured out to begin. We move at your pace, building safety and trust first, before going deeper. There’s no pressure—just space to understand yourself more fully and reconnect with what feels steady and true for you.

Nadia Stinson

Registered Psychotherapist (Qualifying), MA, BA.

Growing up around beehives, I became fascinated by how something thrives through connection, collaboration, and purpose. That perspective continues to shape how I approach psychotherapy today.

My interest in human behaviour led me to complete a Double Major in Criminology and Sociology at the University of Western Ontario, followed by a Master of Arts in Counselling Psychology at Yorkville University. Through this work, I developed a strong focus on supporting first respondersand individuals impacted by trauma, abuse, addiction, and complex life experiences.

I understand that trauma lives not only in memory, but in the body and nervous system. My work supports clients navigating PTSD, anxiety, depression, and emotional dysregulation, while helping restore a sense of safety, control, and stability. Together, we process what’s been carried and build resilience in a way that feels grounded and sustainable.

Many of the individuals I work with are used to holding everything together for others—here, you don’t have to. I aim to create a space that feels safe, collaborative, and non-judgmental, where you can begin to lower your guard and reconnect with yourself.

Bee Mindful reflects the belief that healing isn’t meant to happen alone. With the right support, meaningful change is possible—and you don’t have to navigate it on your own.
